One Million Dollars

I need $1, 699, 900. I know it seems like a lot of money, but I want you to know that it would be going to a good cause. It would be going to allow my children to grow up in a historical part of a historical city in the heart of the South.

313 Abercorn Street. Doesn’t it just sound like a great street to live on? It is right across the street from the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist and next to Lafayette Square in Savannah. Walking distance to River Street and Forsyth Park.

Look at the great kitchen and dining areas.

And what a great looking bedroom!

For more photos, check out the listing here. It doesn’t have the big front porch, the old plantation house look, or the long row of Live Oaks that I dream about, but it is located in the historical part of Savannah AND it has a palm tree!! Write a post about a great piece of property you’d like to own, comment this post and I’ll put a link to you at the bottom of this post! Happy hunting!
